Storeroom Supervisor

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
The EVM Storeroom Supervisor directs, manages and controls all materials related functions including storeroom operations and inventory management. Material refers to MRO spares used in the support of a 1.2 million square foot biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. There are approximately 17,500 part numbers tracked in our storeroom.
? Provide leadership and goal setting for Storeroom Group. Perform time tracking and reporting through Projeca and contractor/temporary employee time reporting systems. Address personnel issues in accordance with company policies. Schedule, distribute and monitor storeroom workload. Develop plans for employee professional development and continuous improvement. Perform employee evaluations.
? Develop inventory goals and measures driving high inventory turns, accuracy and on-time delivery
Create processes that optimize material movement, storage and material transactions
? Perform detailed resource analysis in support of Andover site needs as they relate to storeroom services. Employ effective cost controls to ensure adherence to EVM budget plan. Participate in budget forecasting and preparation. Manage business process for providing site storeroom services in support of engineering, maintenance, validation, and manufacturing.
? Collaborate with EVM managers and site clients to seek continuous improvements to EVM processes and procedures. Participate in or lead other projects as required by EVM management.
? Lead EVM/Storeroom staff in the establishment and revision of procedures and processes for storeroom documentation. Provide assurance that Storeroom CMMS and SAP databases are well maintained and up to date.

Requirements:
BA/BS in relevant business or scientific area with 4+ years of experience. APICS certification preferred.
