Study Initiation Associate, Clinical Research

We are currently seeking a Study Initiation Associate to work at our King of Prussia headquarters in the Philadelphia suburbs. Responsibilities for this position include:


 Conduct Recruitment, Agreement/Budget, Essential document responsibilities according to the Study Recruitment Plan, Investigator Document Plan, Study Agreement /Budget template and guidelines within the studies? established timelines. These activities include: Contact Investigator Sites; Coordinate central IRB submissions; Compile, send, review and revise documents; Negotiate document changes according to study specific guidelines.



 Attend sponsor meetings when required.


 Train and mentor inhouse CRAs.



Qualifications include:



 4 year science, public health, or clinical degree and /or nursing degree preferred.



 2 years study start-up, clinical monitoring, study coordinator or industry-related experience. Supervisory/managerial/training experience preferred.
