SUPERVISOR, PRODUCTION

 

Chesapeake Biological Laboratories, Inc. (CBL), a leader in the contract development and production of sterile biopharmaceutical & pharmaceutical products seeks a Supervisor, Production to:  be responsible for direct supervision of employees performing prep, setup and operation of equipment and processes associated with sterile filling; provide daily job assignments and supervise execution of those tasks in relation to the manufacturing of parenteral pharmaceuticals; supervise routine cleaning and upkeep of production areas and ensure compliance with cGMP regulations; directly monitor all equipment preparation, equipment operation and cleanroom processes to ensure that SOPs, policies and Batch Records are followed; review documentation and ensure that ir complies with GDP; train technicians; troubleshoot equipment during operation to ensure effective and efficient operation while maintaining high wuality and service to clients; assist Vallidation and Mainteneance staff with execution of engineering projects and provide technical expertise; interface with Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Materials Management to resolve production, supply and equipmetn issues; document issues theough deviations and assist with investigations.

 

The Supervisor, Production position requires a BA/BS in science or technical field with a minimum of 3 years experience in cGMP or regulated environment.

OR

High Schookl or AA degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in cGMP environment.
