If you bring these qualities to your work, then we'd like you to consider joining our team.*Under general supervision, directs and monitors individual and group performance measures to achieve accuracy and timely performance.
*Coordinates and supervises the bicoastal order processing functions and reporting.
*Works closely with the Distribution Centers, Customer Support Services, Contract Operations, *Customer Master, License Administration, Finance and Marketing.
*Support of quarter end/year end order and product releases. Report order details to management.
*Supervises and assists in the entry of manual orders including Private Label, Telesales/Short date, promotions, International, Indigent, Tradeshow, Internal Sample Requests, Help Desk process of emergency orders, manual NDC material conversions within the sales order and related sales order changes.
*Supervises and assists in the Order Management Process, working closely with Marketing on material allocations and/or rejections.
*Execute daily Order Process reports or sales orders lists as needed.
*Communicate pertinent Order Processing related issues to management and all internal Watson departments i.e. Contract Operations, Telesales, Marketing, License Administration, Customer Master, Distribution Plants and Finance.
*Support VMI orders on releasing priority orders.
*Supervises order processing staff; interviews and assists in the recruitment and selection process; determines staff hours; recommends the number of personnel, equipment required for order processing functions; conducts performance evaluations for direct reports.
*Makes recommendations for building, coordinating, communicating and streamlining order processing procedures.
*Implementing goals, objectives and practices for effective, efficient and cost effective management of allocated resources.
*Monitoring compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including safety rules and regulations.
*Managing and prioritizing multiple projects, and working within time constraints.
*SAP experience preferred; may be required to participate as a Super User.
*Performs related duties as assigned.
*Expected 10% travel.

*General office and administrative experience including filing, copying and good telephone skills.
*Organizational Skills/Time Management.
*Ability to work in a team environment.
*Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; and the ability to write simple correspondence.
*Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.

*Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with individuals contacted in the course of work.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills; communicating clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
