Tech III-Biomedical

Overview : Banner Health, Arizona's largest healthcare provider has an opportunity for an exp. Bio-Med Tech 111 to work at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital.

Responsibilities :

This position is responsible for the preventative maintenance, electrical safety adn performance verification, and bench/field service repair on most medical electronic equipment.

Qualifications :

Requires an associate degree in electronics or equivalent and 8 years progressively more responsible work experience in all phases of biomed instrumentation maintenance or demonstrated performance commensurate of a BMET 111. Certification by the Association for Advancement of Medical Instrumentation is preferred. Must possess a valid Az. Drivers License. Must be proficient at reading and analyzing schematic diagrams, including analog and digital circuits etc. Proven Windows PC and network operating systems, PC repair, and have fundamental knowledge in Local Area Network configuration and troubleshooting is essential. Must be knowledgeable in JCAHO standards.
