Our Technical Services Organization is seeking to hire either a biomedical degree new grad or someone with a couple years cardiology experience. Job Description:

1. In response to telephoned requests from clinicians and/or Field Clinical Engineers, assesses clinical information regarding functioning of Company?s ICD products, identifies sources of difficulty and advises clinicians and patients on most effective methods for using the product.

2. Reviews clinical information and prepares reports on product performance.

3. Prepares and delivers interpretative reports and support to other company functions which utilize clinical information, including Marketing, Education, Regulatory and Product Monitoring.

4. Participates in problem-solving discussions with peers and other Company staff to create resolution of difficult technical problems with Company?s products; communicates solutions to clinicians and/or Field Clinical Engineers.

Requirements:

1.) BS/BA degree in nursing or biomedical engineering

2.) 2+ years experience in cardiology, EP or cath lab

3.) Strong communication skills
