Technical Engagement Manager

Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time Technical Engagement Manager to join us as a permanent employee and work with us on numerous projects for our major pharmaceutical clients in central NJ.

Responsibilities
The Technical Engagement Manager will utilize her/his technical expertise and pharmaceutical experience to bid for, win, and help manage software development contracts.

This person will:
-Meet with and effectively communicate with key stakeholders from our client's organization.
-Identify technical issues, risks, and assumptions; determine project milestones, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budgets.
-Write proposals using MS Word, MS Project, and MS Visio.
-Manage the engagements and contribute as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator where needed.


Qualifications
* MUST - Sound knowledge and experience of Pharmaceutical software development.
* Ability to effectively communicate issues and be proactive in assuring that the message is understood.
* Good presentation skills, excellent documentation skills, excellent problem solving skills, solution driven.
* Knowledge of various technologies and technical environments. For example: .NET framework, Java/J2EE, Cognos/Crystal Reports, Business Objects/Informatica, Documentum, Oracle/SQL Server, etc.
*Proficient in MS Word, MS Project, and MS Visio.
*Prior experience as a Project Manager or PMP certification is a plus.
