Technical Manager - GTS - Validation and Process Management

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Represents GTS on or leads integrated technology transfer teams or process development teams. Initiates, executes and evaluates independently major validation projects.
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Develops and issues strategic guidelines and recommendations for validation related topics, incorporating risk management strategies and operational excellence strategies as appropriate. The prospective candidate should have solid understanding and experience in cleaning validation for small molecule and biotechnology processes. In addition, other areas of expertise, such as packaging validation, are desirable. TRAVEL 10 TO 20%.

Qualifications
???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????Bachelor's degree in Science (e.g., Chemistry) or Engineering and nine years of experience, or Master's Degree and seven years of experience, or Ph.D. degree and five to seven years of experience.
