PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:


Provide strategic direction for training and ensure education/training courses/programs are available to support Global Development staff in alignment with divisional, corporate and regulatory compliance goals.



DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- 30% Maintain Training Tracker and Global Development Training Records
- 12 % Develop and provide strategic direction for Elan Global Development Training;
- 17% Conduct/facilitate Education Sessions (as appropriate);
- 18% Manage internally developed training courses/programs;
- 8 % Collaborate with trainers within Elan to identify, develop and provide integrated services in areas which cross department/functional lines, i.e. leadership, management, communication ;
- 5% Identify external training resources (e.g., contractor or consultant) to provide educational services in line with identified business goals/solutions;
- 5% Serve as the Global Training Records Administrator;
- 3% Assist the Facility Inspection Team (FIT) during Regulatory Authority/Agency inspections and partner/internal audits.
