Vice President, Sales, E-Marketing
A leading e-pharmaceutical marketing company, providing educational and value-based interactions with over 1/2 of all US physicians is looking for Vice President of Sales to head up it's promotional division. The ideal candidate will be a hands on manager with a strong background in interactive marketing to Fortune 500 and 1000 type companies.
Additional requirements include:
- manage 4-5 high level sales professional responsible for $8-$12mm annually
- carry sales quota on assigned accounts of $1mm annually- must have strong understanding and experience in interactive marketing- must have strong management experience with a history of coaching, motivating and selling- demonstrated success a must- highly proficient in the technical sell and the consultative sales approach- small to medium company experience (does'nt mind getting hands dirty)- embraces technology, internet and most common software packages- creative problem solver For the right candidate the company has a very aggressive compensation package including a base salary up to $175k and commissions and overides to $300k+.
