Outstanding opportunity for a Vice President of Healthcare Quality with an expanding, highly profitable and secure Fortune 500 corporation! This is a highly successful multi-national corporation that has NEVER downsized, well established and highly profitable. This organization is well respected throughout the world. This position is with one of their larger divisions that is expanding rapidly and needs an experienced individual to manage the compliance (and reimbursement) quality portion of this critical and growing division. Candidates must have experience with health care regulatory quality systems and must have experience managing others. Candidates MUST demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, professionalism and show strong enthusiasm. Salary:$100,000 to $145,000 (Depending Upon Experience-Negotiable)
Annual Bonus: $25,000 to 45,000 (Negotiable)

Requirements (resumes must show these in order to receive consideration):
- Strong - stable job history required for this.
- Minimum of a 4-year college degree is required
- Your resume should show strong-successful management of personnel teams or groups or divisions etc., strong management leadership skills should be shown, this is a MUST for this position.
- Must have significant experience establishing and managing quality or regulatory systems within one of the following: pharmaceutical, hospital, multi-site clinic groups, HMO's, GPO's, medical services, healthcare services or ambulatory health care service organizations, medical device or other regulated medical products industry.
- Experience working in one of the following environments: Hospital, Medical, Multi-Site Clinic, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Medical Products Organizations. Healthcare or Medical Experience is a Must for this.
- A strong desire to work in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent computer skills
A Plus (but not required): A strong background as a Nurse - Nursing Director, Regulatory Director, Compliance Director Healthcare Quality Director or Healthcare Attorney etc. (This person MUST have strong people and group management experience for this role also), a background in management of Regulatory Affairs is a strong consideration re. this role also.
