Warehouse Operative

To ensure that all activities are carried out in a well organised, clean and tidy manner satisfying cGMP at all times.
Photocopy, filing, preparing spreadsheets and archiving documentation.
Prepare documents, memos and correspondence accurately and professionally.  This involves the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and DAS System.
To ensure that all computer transactions for which the warehouse has responsibility for completing are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
To ensure that the warehouse is maintained to the highest possible standard of housekeeping.
To operate all material handling and control procedures as per SOPs.
To ensure all material is labelled, stored correctly and properly protected against damage or deterioration.  All stock must be located properly with bin locations being accurately recorded on the relevant systems.
Ensure cGMP is adhered to in all areas of work in CTS.




High School diploma or equivalent
Warehouse experience



Clinical Trials, Supplies, Pharmaceutical experience desired
Good Verbal & Written skills
Good computer skills  (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Knowledge of documentation filing systems
Adaptable
Well organized
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Excellent attendance
