Warehouse Supervisor

General Duties


 Work with Project Managers, Project Coordinators and Management on all shipping/receiving inventory

 Interface with shipping couriers, sites, and customers to resolve shipment and issues involving clinical material.
Generate matrix reports for Manager of Operations and VP of Operations
 Evaluate procedures and make recommendations as needed (includes reviewing and writing SOPs).

Ensure personnel are accountable for their work

Supervise Warehouse Operatives/Logistics Coordinators and resolve personnel issues.  Evaluate work of subordinates with annual review.

Assist Warehouse Manager to manage and address alarms received by the LabWatch Environmental Monitoring System.

Assist the Warehouse Manager and Facilities Maintenance in overseeing the facility and ensuring proper maintenance of the facility is routinely performed, including maintaining the PEMAC database.

 Required to work to a high level of attention to detail on current Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) documentation.


 


 Fulfil a monitoring role of GMP compliance throughout the facility reporting any breaches of procedure to the relevant individuals.



? Associate Degree, BA/BS Degree preferred


? Warehouse experience
