The Apartment Maintenance Technicians will perform general and/or specialized maintenance and repairs, apply proficient skills in several maintenance trade disciplines, which includes:

?  HVAC-troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation and repair

?  Minor Carpentry

?  Minor Plumbing

?  Mechanical and Electrical. 

?  Replacement of all household appliances

?  Framing and finishing walls, doorways, roofs, and other elements of wooden structures

?  Installing and repairing sinks, drains and toilets

?  Inspecting, cleaning and lubricating mechanical parts and equipment

?  May do basic welding, metal work, and minor air conditioning maintenance

2+ years of general labor including, HVAC, paint, drywall, minor plumbing and carpentry for a residential environment.  HVAC Certification preferred, but not required.
