HVAC Maintenance Tech.

Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO) is currently looking for a motivated, experienced and certified HVAC Maintenance Technicians for its communities in Miami, FL. Ideal candidates will be familiar with HVAC and plumbing and electrical systems, and previous apartment maintenance experience preferred but not required.
