Chief Maintenance Engineer

? Minimum of 3-5 years building and facilities management in a lead/department supervisory role

? Strong mechanical & HVAC skills

? This position is a for a candidate seeking a ?hands on? manager

? Must possess strong written and verbal skills as this position has a high level of client contact

? Must have organizational duties

? Best candidate is one who is highly organized and able to handle a multitude of tasks

? Proven computer skills

? Hotel experience a plus
