?The successful candidates must be skilled at providing exceptional customer service to our residents in a timely manner.? Must be efficient in completing a variety of maintenance repairs.? Candidates may also hold certificates for HVAC work or EPA Universal certificates, although?not required.? Available for on-call purposes a must, along with the ability to work weekends.?
