Branch Manager

A large regional facilities maintenance and custodial services provider operating in 26 states with over 100 years in the industry is seeking a Branch Manager for our D.C. / Maryland operations.  Our office is located in Lanham, MD.  Our company is fast paced and is committed to provide superior customer service to our current customers while continuing to grow our business.

Successful candidates will be a strong leader; have superior work ethics with 5+ years management experience(restaurant industry relates well). Proactive customer relation abilities, excellent communication skills and administrative competency skills required. Candidates need to be skilled in developing others and improving their performance and the ability to analyze situations and take effective action. Applicants need to have the ability to stay focused on providing excellent service to our customers while looking to grow the business. Candidates must have experience with P&L responsibilities. Average work week 50-55 hours.

 

Intially, this will be a hands-on position.  The manager will select, train and develop their site supervisors and crews. Train the supervisors and assist in training the site crews, audit the accounts for quality of services and maintain frequent communication with the customer contacts.  This position will require that the manager have the ability to lead the work of others including the ability to provide on-the-job training and the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships.
