Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a qualified individual to fill our Chief Maintenance Engineer position and join our Chicagoland team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversees all electrical and plumbingMaintenance of building perimeter and internal structureOversee cleaningOn call 24 hours in case of emergency for alarm system.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

Boiler experienceMust have 5 years experience
