Contract Manager
EMCOR Facilities Services, a division of EMCOR Group has an immediate need for a Contract Manager in San Francisco! Candidate must have experience with small to large project management. A good understanding of financial processes, budgeting, P&L, etc. required Must have strong customer relations. Will work independently and made decisions.
Must have a strong understanding of facilities and how they run including central plant/chillers, electrical, emergency power systems, energy management, F/L Safety and pneumatic controls. Experience working with the Government is a plus.
Ability to travel within the Northern, CA area.
