Custodial Manager-Education K-12- Brighton, MI

As a Custodial/Housekeeping Manager you will be responsible for the supervision in the completion of all custodial and housekeeping operations on the 2nd shift.. You will have responsibility for staffing, scheduling, training and developing an hourly staff in addition to handling customer and client requests as they pertain to your department.


Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree (and/or requisite industry & management experience) as well as the ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services. Previous experience in the hospitality/service industry. particularly a K-12 school environment preferred. Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications required. Contract-managed service experience is desirable.
