Director of Resident Services & Renovations Operations
(Position located in Atlanta, GA for our Regional Office)

Job Description

Reports to the Senior Vice President Of Resident Services and Renovations Operations, oversees and is responsible for directing maintenance personnel, sub-contractors and vendors in the performance of all phases of product preparation, maintenance and construction for the apartment community towards the accomplishment of the company's "key" goals and objectives.

*Capital Improvements-Budget, Scope and Execution
*Renovations-Budget, Scope and Execution
*Ensure Quality Control
*Monitor Vendor/Supplier Pricing
*Maintaining and Implement Safety Program/Standards
*Coordinate Resident-Services Training Program
*Maintaining Service Agreements/Contracts
*Oversee and Provide Resident-Services Emergency Support
*Coordinating Warranty Programs
*New Acquisition Support
*Due Diligence Physical Assessment
*Budget, Scope, Specifications
*Start-up: Vendors, Contracts, Etc.
* Interior Renovations: Scope, Cost, Quality Control and Productivity
* Exterior Renovations: Execute Scopes as Identified During Budget-Process
*Coordinating Lender/Insurance Company Inspection Compliance
*ADA Compliance
*Coordinate with Director of Landscape and Exterior Operations

Salary Range between $80,000 and $90,000
