Director of Facility Maintenance/ Project Manager

The Corporate Source, an agency whose mission is to develop employment opportunities for people with disabilities, seeks an experienced Director of Facility Maintenance/Project Manager to oversee a very large multi-floor facility in Central Islip, Long Island. Work in a fast growing company with professional, experienced and motivated staff in a friendly team environment, where you have ownership and receive supportive supervision and training.

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, including safety and security.
Oversee engineering, maintenance, grounds, and janitorial services.
Ensure efficient and effective services are provided to building tenants.
Manage service contracts and special projects.
Supervise 28 staff and sub contractors.

Requirements:
BA/BS degree required
Minimum of 5 years experience in operating engineering experience in a multi-story building or building management experience.
Must have fire safety, OSHA and mechanical engineering experience.
Must have experience with Maximo preventative maintenance software program or similar application
