Director of Maintenance, Purchasing, and Capital Repairs
Currently, we have an immediate opening for a Director of Maintenance, Purchasing, and Capital Repairs at our Fort Meade, MD location.
The Director of Maintenance, Purchasing, and Capital Improvements is responsible for leading facilities management, the capital improvement process, and service contract negotiations for the property management operation. Additional tasks include project proposal and bid solicitation, oversight of capital improvement projects, and safety training. This position reports to the Deputy Community Management Director and interacts with many organizational levels and external parties.
The successful applicant will have;
A bachelor?s degree in business or related field, consideration will be given to a technical school degree with extensive related experience.
7+ years of experience in property management maintenance, facilities management, or contract / purchasing experience
Strong working knowledge of all MS Office applications
