District Manager

Support Services of America, one of the leading national janitorial companies in the U.S., has an immediate opening for a District Manager based in the Bay Area region. Must have 2-5 years of experience in a service-oriented company, janitorial company strongly preferred.  English and computer proficiency a must, excellent communication skills (written and spoken).  Valid driver's license and clean DMV record are required.

 

The following are the duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):

 Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Confers with customers and representatives to ensure operational efficiency and quality. Reviews operative costs and product quality. Conducts quality customer reports, visits and/or inspections, when needed. Works and control department budget and identifies areas in which reductions can be made. Oversees start-ups and new account set-ups. Directs training and indoctrination of workers and/or outsource partner employees to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures. Interacts with outsource partners to monitor their work performance. Performs other duties as assigned by the Regional Vice President of Operations or his designee.
