District Manager/Associate District Manager - Texas

The School Support Services (SSS) Division provides foodservice management to over 400 school districts representing more than 2,900 K-12 public and private schools throughout the United States. We help improve the overall educational and work experience of students, faculty, and staff by increasing student meal participation, providing nutrition awareness, improving services, boosting student satisfaction, and achieving cost reductions.

As an Associate District Manager/District Manager you will provide overall planning, direction and control to assigned units within a defined district, to achieve operating and financial goals. You will provide guidance and motivation to Managers and other district staff. The Associate District Manager/District Managerestablishes and maintains effective customer rapport and maintains mutually beneficial business relationships with clients. Provides overall planning, direction, and control to assigned units to achieve operating and financial goals.




Ideal candidates must possess a bachelor's degree with a proven track record of growing accounts and highly developed interpersonal, analytical and communication skills. The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services and entrepreneurship is essential to success in this role. 8-10 years of experience in multi-unit management in the hospitality industry is preferred. P&L accountability and/or contract-managed service experience is required

*Experience in consultative sales is preferred.

*Experience with contract management services/food service is highly desired

*Experience as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Director, or Franchise Director is preferred.
