District Sales Manager Reno Nevada

Our client is a well known company in the HVAC Manufacturing industry. They are an industry leader in executing structural components and accessories nationwide. They have pioneered design to increase structural integrity in many HVAC installations.


 Due to this successful growth the company seeks a District Sales Manager to manage and grow the business in the Western U.S. This is a new position made necessary by increased growth and market development. Reporting to the President this opportunity affords professional growth in a Billion dollar industry and exposure to contractors with a base in Reno Nevada.


Requirements Headquarters position is based in the Reno Nevada market for travel to the West Coast. Travel is estimated at 35% after a 3-5 month training program in DFW. Experience selling HVAC products or services to the contractor or supplier customer base in California, Washington and Arizona markets.


Superior communication and presentation skills


Ability to supervise an office staff consisting of Administrative and Shop personnel


Must be a team player and be willing to assist with internal and external partners


Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize multiple programs and deadlines
