Minimum of 5 years experience with Opto-Electronics equipment i.e. wire bonders, re-flow ovens, experience with wafer fab production coating equipment a plus.

This position will diagnose electro-mechanical problems, troubleshoot and repair module and board level components.

Must be knowledgeable of ISO 9001 rated criteria, must be capable of implementing and monitoring equipment P-M and re-calibration scheduling systems.

Minimum technical associates degree or equivalent experience in electro-mechanical, semiconductor equipment. Candidate must have 3-5 years experience with wafer fabrication equipment. Must have strong troubleshooting skills and proven maintenance experience. Must be able to work well with others and participate in a team oriented work environment.
