Facilities Administrator

Job Summary:  -Executes pre-approved space planning decisions and reconfiguration projects as required to support facilities projects and staffing goals.
-Coordinates office/cube assignments for new hires/transfers/terminations/visitors
-Coordinates tenant improvement projects to include structural, power and utility modifications.
-Coordinates the status, delegation and quality of all facilities work orders, purchase requests, and facilities improvement projects.
-Ensures execution of maintenance contracts to include HVAC, electrical infrastructures, janitorial, landscaping services, utilities and equipment repair.
-Issues security cards and parking passes.
-Orders office supplies and maintains office supply inventory.
-Performs other duties as assigned.  Special Skills/Experience Required:-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Strong problem solving ability, ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work cross functionally and in team settings.
-Must have strong sense of urgency with a "can do" attitude.
-Knowledge of general facilities operations.
