Facilities Director

Large non-profit agency in central Westchester seeks an individual to manage its physical land maintenance and renovations for its 50+ commercial & residential buildings & houses throughout Westchester County. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in managing multiple properties and meeting time frames in a large decentralized system. Knowledge of building system and construction methods as well as good interpersonal skills and resourcefulness are required. Requires 3-5 years experience; college degree preferred. Comprehensive benefit package included.
