Facilities Maintenance Tech needed in the North Ft. Worth area

Experienced maintenance individual to respond to building issues and requirements.Maintain safety and awareness on each job for both personnel and equipment.Must be able to start, stop, and operate all equipment with minimum training.Handle generator tests, change light bulbs, ballast's, air filters and ceiling tiles as needed while following safety procedures in accordance with local building codes and OEM specifications.Familiar with OSHA standards and HVAC certification preferred.7am - 3:30pm M-F
