Facilities Project Engineer/Specialist

Your role will require you to:

 Communicate effectively at all levels within the organizationTroubleshootIdentify and communicate solutionsSpend about 75% of your time focusing on organizational safetyReview the design of new processes and equipment Maintain regulatory compliance at all of our locations with all domestic or international agenciesContinuously improve safety awareness and culture at all locationsDevelop and maintain safety standards and training programsFacilitate and direct Lutron?s Safety CommitteesIdentify and eliminate safety hazardsManage the accountability for safety in all of Lutron?s global facilitiesDevelop, maintain, and ensure proper training for all Lutron Emergency ProceduresDevelop and maintain ergonomics and repetitive motion standardsSpend about 25% of your time focusing on environmental considerationsEnsure that all regulatory requirements are metManage the reporting and compliance effortsWork with outside consultants and experts
