GENERAL MAINTENANCE & REPAIR (HANDYMAN)

2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

ConAm Management Corporation, a national property management firm, has excellent opportunity at Marina City Club (high rise buildings on Westside in Marina del Rey) for hands on working engineer.

This is a hands-on job. Primary objective will be to maintain the highest possible level of continuous repair and cleanliness at the community on a daily basis. Requires some background in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry. Experience working in large housing facility a plus. Organizational and customer service skills needed.

Salary $12 - $15 per hour plus Insurance, Paid Vacations & Benefits.

Position 1: Monday ?Friday 1PM ? 9PM emergency on call on some weekends.

Position 2: Tuesday ? Saturday 7:00 AM ? 2:30 PM, emergency on call on some

weekends.
