General Maintenance Technician 2

EMCOR Facilities Services is in need of a Maintenance Technician in Nashville, TN, who will be responsible for performing general maintenance, such as, HVAC repairs & maintenance. compressed air system maintenance. Kitchen equipment maintenance, dock door/leveler maintenance and repair. Plumbing and electrical repairs.


Must be a team player with emphasis on customer service. Ability to understand verbal or written instruction.   High school graduate or equivalent. Must have at least 3+ yrs. of skilled maintenance experience.   Must have the ability to recognize electrical, plumbing and mechanical malfunctions or equipment failure.   Is familiar with  and uses personal protective (PPE) and safety equipment.   Proficiency with personal computers, specifically MS Word.   EPA Certification preferred.
