Melco International Development Ltd and Publishing & Broadcasting Ltd (PBL) have formed a joint venture to open the first 6-star luxurious casino hotel in Macau called Crown Macau. To support the pre-opening team prior to, and after the opening, Crown Macau is seeking suitable candidates for the following position:
General Manager - Property Services (Ref: CEXE106)
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager ? Property Services is responsible for the establishment and management of the maintenance, facility management and property services functions. Crown Macau, located on the island of Taipa, will focus on the delivery of premium gaming and entertainment experiences. The property will incorporate various gaming and entertainment facilities, including a number of world class restaurants, a luxury spa centre, over 220 deluxe VIP hotel rooms as well as significant table and electronic gaming operations.
The successful candidate will be tertiary educated in engineering with extensive proven experience in an engineering and property services management role preferably within the hospitality and/or entertainment sector in Macau, China or Hong Kong. Experience in the pre-opening phase of a property development will be viewed favourably and strong project management skills are a must. It would be advantageous if the candidate is bi-lingual (English and Cantonese). Extremely strong interpersonal and management skills, initiative, leadership and excellent business acumen are the core requisites of this key Executive post.
