A client located in San Diego has an immediate position available for a custodian

The pay is $9.75 per hour with full benefits from the first day.

This is an entry-level training and probationary position. Responsible for keeping offices, labs, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas clean and sanitary. Performs special cleaning projects as assigned. Employees in thins position work e evenings and nights

Duties and responsibilities:

-Dust furniture, fixtures and office equipment
-Empty trash and sanitary napkin receptacles and replace liners
-Vacuum hallways, lobbies and elevators
-Clean and sanitize lavatories
-Empty recycle cans, plastic and paper containers
-Polish all wood furniture
-Clean doors, doorframes, partitions, woodwork, walls and entry door glass
-Spot clean floors as needed
-Replenish soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, feminine hygiene products and seat covers
-Clean and polish all meta fixtures, mirrors and dispensers
-Clean kitchen/break-rooms, wipe down counter tops, tables, stage chairs and wash and rinse coffee pots
-Report areas in need of repair, toilets, coffee pots, leaky sinks, etc.
-Other janitorial duties as assigned
