Hands on Maint Supervisor for Commerce City Apt Community

National owner operated property management company seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at a small apartment community in the Denver area.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the physical maintenance of the property.  This includes maximizing the value of the property with systemized operations, maintaining  excellent curb appeal, creating a safe environment for our residents and employees, maintaining and servicing all equipment and providing excellent, 24 hour maintenance service.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the complete turn process from move-out to move-in, developing and managing to the maintenance budget and hiring and supervising contract staff.



The successful candidate will have previous residential property management experience,  be HVAC certified and have knowledge of and the ability to perform hands-on general maintenance work in appliance/equipment repair, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance. Bilingual (english/spanish) highly desireable.
