Housekeeper

Job Description:

 

Perform general cleaning duties and housekeeping services at a property.

 

Requirements:

 

1.  High school diploma or equivalent

2.  Sweep and mop floors offices, models and apartments with corporate housekeeping services provided by management.

 

3.  Dust polish/clean all furniture and fixtures in common areas, model suites and corporate apartments with housekeeping service provided by management.

 

4.  Vacuum carpets/runners in lobby, hallways, elevators and corporate apartments with housekeeping service provided by management.

 

5.  Wash inside windows in all common areas.  Wash inside windows and door wall, in and out in corporate apartments with housekeeping service provided by management.

 

6.  Clean and restock restrooms in common areas and corporate apartments with housekeeping service provided by management.

 

7.  Change bedding and restock linen, removing soiled bedding and linen for

laundry pickup in all apartments with corporate housekeeping service provided by management.

 

8.  Clean kitchen in models, offices, and corporate apartments with housekeeping services provided by management.  Including removal of trash, removing clean dishes from dishwasher, mopping floors, wiping down appliances, (large and small) and cleaning oven as necessary.

9.  Prepare vacant suites for re-occupancy by cleaning all rooms, doors and closets, scrubbing floors and cleaning appliances. 

10.  Clean elevators and laundry room.

 

11.  As part of a team effort and for the benefit of the property, perform other related duties as assigned.*
