Janitor

Premier National Real Estate Management Company seeks an experienced Janitor for Part Time/30 hrs per week employment at a residential building located in Lowell, MA. 

Responsibilities include the following:

 

1) Ensures that building interiors remain clean.

2) Removes all graffiti from premises.

3) Keeps walkways and grounds free of debris.

4) Sweeps, dusts, mops, vacuums and cleans floors and building interiors as scheduled.

5) Waxes/polishes floors; strips when necessary.

6) Handles all trash removal on premises and inspects all common areas for rubbish.

7) Completes all service requests as assigned by the superintendent.

8) Other tasks/special projects as assigned.
