Janitorial Maintenance Company with over 30 years in business is looking for an experienced-working area supervisor to start immediately in the Sacramento area under the direction of our Operations Manager.

 

All candidates applying for this position must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, be available to work any day of the week and travel locally. Must be willing to work side by side with janitors when needed. Must have a valid California driver's license and a clean driving and criminal record.

 

The Sacramento Area supervisor is directly responsible for all accounts in the area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning and performing evaluations. Good working knowledge of appropriate cleaning methods, material and proper use and care of automatic scrubbing, Propane Buffers, Floor Stripper, Floor Drier, and other equipment. Must be able to perform the physical work involved in cleaning functions as mopping, vacuuming, striping, shampooing, buffing, blowing and collecting trash, handling of power equipment, and moving furniture, etc.

Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual (English/ Spanish)
