Janitorial Staff

Novum PRS is a specialist Contract Research Organization that offers study services to the generic, pharmaceutical, biotechnology industries and other Clinical Research Organizations currently has an opening for a part-time Facility Specialist. We are seeking an individual to Assist the Facility Manager by performing tasks related to overall maintenance and upkeep of Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services facilities and grounds.



Essential Responsibilities



Facility Duties:

?Assist in general maintenance of facility.

?Receive and document incoming deliveries.; e.g., supplies and meals.

?Prepare clinics for studies; e.g., clean restrooms and make beds.

?Perform general housekeeping of offices, restrooms, and clinic areas.



Front Desk Duties:

?Maintain accurate and detailed log of all activities.

?Control and document employee and visitor access to all facilities.

?Monitor, document, and respond to security and freezer alarm systems.
?Receive and route telephone calls and visitors.

?Oversee receipt, delivery, and dispatch of mail and packages.

?Perform other duties as assigned.



Qualifications

?High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

?Ability to read and interpret documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, safety rules and regulations, and maintenance instructions.
