We are a design/build landscape firm in the Dallas area focusing on quality, creative design and installation and specialized horticulture maintenance. Beautiful gardens, integrity, team and customer satisfaction are our goals.

Landscape Construction Foreman/Supervisor

Requirements:
Strong Leadership Skills
Bilingual/Spanish
Professional Communication Skills
Crew Management Experience
Two Year Degree or equivalent experience/skills
Business Acumen: job costing, scheduling
At least two years of landscape construction supervision

Responsibilities:
Schedule 1-3 Landscape Installation and Horticulture Maintenance Crew(s) to include efficient material purchasing, routing, equipment/supply usage, technical assistance, improvement based on observation.
Client Satisfaction: professional communication and ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Safety Meetings and documentation
Enhancement (creative solutions and add on sales)
Equipment Maintenance (schedule and coordinate)
Recruiting and Employee Advancement

Compensation:
