Licensed Lawn Technician

We are in search of a Territory Service Representative (TSR) to join our growing team.  This position is responsible for servicing residential and/or commercial customers, providing professional turf and/or landscape treatment, along with top quality customer service.

 

Sign on bonus of up to $2000

 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who meet the following:

? High School Diploma (or GED).

? Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

? Excellent oral and written communication skills.

? Ability to work with customers in a professional manner, both in person or by phone.

? Willing to become certified to apply pesticides.

? Proven ability to work in a team environment.

? Problem solving skills and proven time management are a must.

? Proven ability to work in a results-oriented and high-pressure work environment.

? Able and willing to work in various/extreme weather conditions.

? Saturday work if often required.
