Maintenance Director Senior Living

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team in Cranford, NJ.  The Maintenance Director is responsible for contributing to the overall fiscal health of our community through effective preventative maintenance and care of our community and equipment.  Ideal candidate will be a team player, have experience in drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.  Contribute to safety organization through proper maintenance of entire property.  Contribute to overall productivity level and strong customer service through timely, friendly, and accurate follow-through for all work orders.

Minimum Requirements

1. Education

High school education or equivalent

2. Professional Experience

Minimum of two years experience

3. Technical Skills

Ability to schedule work

Repair air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc.

Manage operation and capital budgets

Ability to keep facility in compliance with all codes, licensure, OSHA, EPA,

and NEPA requirements

Organize and prioritize work orders, preventative maintenance, and other

related tasks and follow through to completion
