Job Purpose:
Provides written &/or verbal instructions for the repair & maintenance of the equipment, facility, & property.
Duties:
* Diagnose, repair & maintain electrical systems, plumbing systems, heating/cooling systems (HVAC & boilers), fire sprinkler & alarm systems.
?
* Provide PM of equipment, machines & tools to ensure proper operating performance & to maintain existing warranties.? Ensure proper safety procedures are practiced.
?
* Monitors & controls accounts to achieve stability or savings within budget
?
* Monitor & maintain availability of tools, materials & supplies
?
* Maintain safe access of & the housekeeping standards of facility entrance, lawns, parking lots, truck areas at all times
?
* Full Time-30, Mon-Sat 7:30am-8:00pm availability, Sunday's when needed
?
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
