Maintenance/Facilities Manager

This position will help in supervising 4-5 office personnel & 8 in-house field maintenance technicians, project manage store and landlord maintenance issues, review store repair expenses and repair bids from outside vendors.

 

 ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

 
Review & approve invoices up to $1,000.00 (coordinators approve up to $500.00)


Review and approve maintenance team members bi-weekly time sheets in

 Director's absence


Help coordinate bid process for scheduled outsourced maintenance contracts


Provide weekly logs and/or reports of completed and pending maintenance requests as well as a Maintenance Forecast for work to be completed for the upcoming week.


 Maintain and keep current the CBTL monthly preventive maintenance checklist in order to become proactive on store upkeep


Coordinate & communicate with the Director of Facilities on major maintenance incidents to ensure proper completion.


Maintain a list of emergency guidelines for store managers including emergency phone numbers for all major categories of repair.


Be the main point of contact for CBTL Tech?s and stores to handle emergency requests via Nextel (including after hours, weekends and holidays)


Attend store completion turn-over whenever possible to ensure a new store is 100% complete and expectable to be delivered from CBTL Construction Dept. to Store Operations.




Attend Coffee Industry and Facility Maintenance trade shows to assist in improving the day-to-day operation of the department and to seek cost saving solutions for the department and the company.
