EMCOR Facilities Services is an award-winning industry leader in the provisions of operations, maintenance, facilities & techincal services for gov't, commercial, industrial, & institutional clients. We are currently seeking to fill a Maintenance Helper position open in Washington, DC
Experience desired but not required in the general HVAC trade. Candidates shall perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs for various HVAC systems, associated equipment and other related duties as assigned. Possess basic knowledge of hand and small power tools. Must be able to lift/move heavy objects, climb ladders and work at heights. Must have good verbal communication skills. High school diploma or GED required.
