Maintenance Manager - Windsor, CA

POSITION SUMMARY:   Supports general resort operations and maintenance function by managing the general upkeep of the resort by directing and performing preventive maintenance procedures and maintaining resort quality standards.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Include percentage of time spent on each duty/responsibility and categorize from highest to lowest percentage. This is not inclusive of all duties, just the essential functions of the position. Other duties may be assigned.

 

60 % Ensures overall unit interior and common area functionality by performing all phases of resort maintenance including but not limited to preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance and requested maintenance.

10 % Hires, trains, disciplines and terminates maintenance staff.

10 % Oversees the implementation of and adherence to WorldMark policies, procedures and standards.

10 % Develops, assigns and directs weekly schedules and daily duties of maintenance staff.

5 % Manages all financial aspects of the maintenance department including budgeting, inventory, reporting, etc.

5 % Responds efficiently and courteously to guest service requests.

 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Supervises two Maintenance Supervisors and 10-12 Maintenance employees responsible for resort unit interior, resort exterior and grounds.




EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

 

Indicate minimum requirements necessary for this position.

 

? High School diploma required.

? Five years related maintenance experience.

? Three years supervisory experience.
