Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for supervision and motivation of maintenance personnel. Plan, implement, and monitor programs that allow for the efficient utilizaion of facility equipment and utilities. Provide direct support to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal agencies in regard to safety and environmental regulations. Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and completion of new construction and other projects to improve facility operations. Assist financial planning in preparation of capital appropriation requests, including cost justification. Serve as contact person for vendors and contractors for facility maintenance related services. Responsible to implement and maintain a successful preventive maintenance program.

Related maintenance experience or four-year technical degree (preferred). Minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience.

Minimum of 10 years facility maintenance experience with good working knowledge of furnace technology, power distribution, HVAC, electronics, machine maintenance, and vacuum technology. Computer literate.

This position is in a Pratt & Whitney Canada facility in Wichita Falls, Texas.
