Maintenance Technician

Are you looking for a great maintenance opportunity in a luxury apartment community? Onsite Management Ltd., an affiliated company of Lifestyle Communities, seeks to hire a full-time maintenance technician for one of our class A luxury apartment communities in Columbus.

Essential job functions will include: Maintaining apartments through repair and serviceMaintaining immaculate grounds, completing trash compaction, and keeping the property free of debrisMaintaining efficient operation and upkeep of property buildingsAssisting with seasonal preventative maintenancePrepares vacant units for occupancySeasonal maintenance of pool area(s)Handling emergency maintenance service calls on a rotational basisOther tasks as assigned
